As all Massimo D’Ascenzo products are handmade and pre-ordered, each piece is individually crafted for you. Returns or exchanges can only be made within 30 days of the delivery date, not the order date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pre-ordered and made-to-order items are non-refundable after production begins due to their bespoke nature.
